Where to find Molasses? Brown Sugar?

Rebecca asked in her recipe for Pumpkin Molasses Cake, where could she find Molasses or Brown Sugar? Please tell us where you have spotted these items in Slovakia or Austria.
I remember seeing Molasses at the Bio Bio store. There is one in the Au Park mall. I haven’t found brown sugar yet.

You can get brown sugar at Popy Exotic Foods. Dom Techniky, Skultetyho-1 83104. It’s in the bottom level (-1) and parking is better if you drive to the end of the street and walk back. They have a nice selection of Asian and Latin American foods, including Indian. Be sure to check out their frozen foods-that’s where I found Corn Tortillas for enchilladas. They also have Marmite if anyone likes. They have larger jars of Peanut Butter than you can get in Austria, but I think it’s more expensive.

The “packed” brown sugar you are looking for is in Tesco (as well as Hypernova & even Billa I think).
In Tesco it’s located down the isle with the international foods (indian, chinese, & mexican) – soups & spices are on the opposite side of isle.
The brown sugar is located in with the “natural” stuff like dried packaged soy tofu & beans (I think it was above the rice cakes at the Petrazelka store). It comes in a clear bag.

I have seen brown sugar as well in Tesco’s in Petrzalka past the international section near the meusli. Also in Hypernova in Avion. The name on the pack is : ‘TRSTINOVY CUKOR’. They also sell demerera sugar.
